			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><ul><li>Fixed an issue that I missed with 4s from yesterdays update</li>
<li>Fixed bug when summons would not do damage to players who are moving</li>
<li>Fixed issues with getting stuck after being rooted/paralyzed and so on.</li>
<li>Implemented 99% retail-like 'The Ice Queen's Castle' zone-dungeon. It is handled purely by the OFF scripts. This includes 29 new Monster AI's and 3 spawn zone AI's.</li>
<li>Now when you crash inside Antharas/Zaken/Baium zones you will have 30 minutes timer to log in before being teleported outside. This rule will work <b>ONLY ONE TIME</b>!</li>
<li>Improved monster despawning handling. This should fix some weird issues that happen with mobs around the world.</li>
<li>Updated Castle Siege times to be as planned. More info in our website</li>
<li>Updated passive skill 'Archery' to match retail. It increases range by 50, not 300.</li>
<li>Implemented speed limit for pets (including strider)</li>
<li>Arrows no longer give grade penalty.</li>

Implemented alot of missing support for OFF AI scripts, 4 Sepulcher raid bosses + minions AI and all tasks are handled now by OFF scripts only. However, this is still in testing phase. If there wont be any major problems in the testing phase all raid bosses in L2 world will be transfered to use OFF AI scripts afterwards.<br />
Fixed NPC healing skills. Now raidbosses and minions will heal themselves fine.</div>

<li>Antharas skill casting AI was improved to prevent him stunning people with his tail that much</li>

<li>Antharas minions (Behemots and Bombers) were set to be minions instead of raid bosses.</li>
<li>Added proper AI for FoG mobs which have a chance to spawn minions after their leader dies.</li>

<li>Completely deleted everything related to 4 Sepulchers (old, buggy, custom java 4s engine) and updated to use OFF engine. This includes <b>247</b> completely new monster AI's and 4 spawn zone AI's including retail spawn-list. Now 4 Sepulchers are 99.99% retail-like. (Double 4s gatekeeper spawns will be fixed after nightly rr)</li>
<li>Implemented retail-like monster messages. Total of 4714 new messages.</li>
<li>Fixed an issue in Four Goblets quest not giving goblet to party members after killing boss in 4s.</li>
<li>Some raid bosses had too high attack speed, this has been fixed.</li>
<li>Implemented alot of new GM event related commands to make event running easier for the GM's</li>
</ul><br />
Implementation of 4 Sepulchers OFF engine took me quite a while (2 days) so thats why there are not that many of other 'random' bug fixes. However, since I've finished it I'm going to continue with random bug fixing and will fix most of the reported bugs in bug tracker within few days.</div>

<li>Reworked Baium target selection and skill casting AI algorithm. It should fix the rare bug with multiple baiums being visible at same time.</li>
<li>Improved random party member selection method for quests. Now it will check range too.</li>
<li>Fixed last issues with Arrogant Search quest. Now it will give an extra 9 White fabrics and its no more neccessary to last-hit mobs in order to get blooded fabrics.</li>
